Returns Policy

Eligible Products:
Are in the same condition you received them (unaltered, unworn, undamaged, containing no signs of wear, styling products or odor)

Item(s) must be returned within 3 days of the order arrival date (the date the item arrived at your shipping address).


To initiate a return, please contact us at info.queenofhercrown@gmail.com If your return is authorized, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please allow up to 24 hours for reply if contacting us during non-business days. All gifted items such as wig grips MUST be returned as well.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Ineligible Products:
- The frontal lace was cut or damaged
- The item was worn or sprayed with hair styling products
- The item was damaged, or the original status was changed
- Custom orders, accessories, or add-on services

Cancellations
Cancellations will result in a processing fee of 5% of the total order. They must be requested via e-mail to info@stackedhair.com prior to shipment. If the item has been shipped, the $150 flat restocking fee will apply per wig. Cancellation requests can not be applied to SEZZLE, or ShopPay installment plans.

Refunds
Refunds will be applied to your original form of payment. Shipping fees are non-refundable. A flat fee of $150 is deducted from the item's unit price when processing the monetary refund as a restocking fee.

A pre-paid return shipping label will be provided upon approval of return. Buyer is responsible for all damages or loss incurred during return shipment to our location.

Refunds are processed 5 to 7 business days after your return has been received. Please allow a further 7 business days for your refund to appear on your bank statement. Please note that any delays in processing your refund back to your account may be due to your financial banking institution.

Exchanges
Items eligible for return and within the 3 day return window specified above, may qualify for exchange for an item of equal value available in stock upon receipt of the return at Queen of her Crown at no additional cost.   Any exchange for an item of more or less value must be approved and arranged for payment resolution to be processed prior to shipment.  Please allow an additional 2-3 business days to arrange for fulfillment of all exchanges.  Only one exchange per order is permitted at this time.  To initiate your exchange, please contact us via email at info@queenofhercrown@gmail.com

International Sales
All returns for international sales will be processed per the policy above; however, a return shipping label will not be provided. It is recommended that you use a shipping option that allows for full tracking. Any taxes or fees for international shipping that are paid, will not be refunded by Queen of her Crown. We are currently only shipping to Canada, USA and the U.K.
